One-Year Warranty

PSYCAN will replace any products for up to one year from date of shipment if the materials are defective or do not hold up under normal use.

Damage Claims

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

Products received in damaged condition should be reported immediately and returned for free replacement within 15 days of receipt. Please follow the normal return procedure.

Return Procedure

• Call us first - 1 800 263-3558
• Unused materials may be returned for credit up to 30 days from the date of shipment
• Materials must be in saleable condition and completely intact
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Materials must be returned by prepaid courier/Canada Post, insured
• Kindly include the packing slip or invoice 
• Software disks cannot be returned to Psycan if they have been removed from their Cellophane wrapper. Damaged or defective disks can be exchanged.
