Searching For Products
This e-commerce website allows you to purchase Psycan products online from the convenience of your computer.
There are a number of ways to navigate through this website to find the products you want. You can conduct a search in a number of ways:
1. Keyword
Search - Type in a keyword(s) for a product or subject. A product list
will appear that contains all the items relevant to that keyword(s).
Browse through the items, and click on the product title to get to the
main product page for that specific item.
2. A
to Z Product Index - This link will take you into a product list,
sorted alphabetically. This list contains all the products Psycan
offers to its customers. To view an item, click on the product title.
This will lead you into the main product page for that specific item.
3. A
to Z Topic Index – This link will take you to a list of 22 topics.
Click on a topic to open the list of products that fall under the
desired topic. Browse through the items, and click on the product title
to get to the main product page for that specific item.
4. A
to Z Acronym Index – This link will take you to a list of products that
have acronyms, arranged in alphabetical order. Browse through the
items, and click on the product title to get to the main product page
for that specific item.
5. A
to Z Author Index – Products in this section are arranged
alphabetically by name of the products’ author. Click on a name to
produce a list of products by that specific author. Browse through the
items, and click on the product title to get to the main product page
for that specific item.
6. Search
the Catalogue by Item Number – If you know the item number. enter it in
the designated space and click the button on the right side of the
field.
7. Assessments,
Curriculum, Resources & Support Material – Clicking on one of these
links will take you to its landing page where the categories are listed
on the left side of the page. Click on a category to open the list of
products that fall under the desired heading. Browse through the items,
and click on the product title to get to the main product page for that
specific item.

| Adding Products to the Shopping Cart |
Once you've entered the main product page, you are able to begin the process of selecting which products you want. The product is usually displayed at the top of the page with an accompanying picture representation and a detailed description. Below that is where you can specifiy the amount of each product you want, along with any kit part(s) you desire. There is also a section called Other Related Products located at the bottom of each main product page, where you can view similar products that might be of interest to you. Clicking on any one of the links under this heading will take you to that product.
After all the quantities are specified and you're happy with your order, click on the Add to cart button. From here, you can either proceed to continue shopping for more products or checkout and pay for your order.
To continue shopping for more products, click on the Shop button on the My Cart page. This will take you back to the Home page to start searching for products from the beginning. The items you have already added to your cart will still be there, stored in a database until you checkout. |

| Checking Out |
| To checkout of the shopping process, we will require you to input data for us to process your order. Make sure you take the time to fill in all the fields properly. To continue your checkout process, click the Checkout button. This will take you to the Checkout screen. Enter the required information. Select the method of payment, then click the Continue button. Confirm the order details, then click the Checkout button. The final screen is your Finalized Order. At this point, your order has been sent to Psycan, and you will receive an email confirmation. |

Prices are effective January 1, 2007 and are subject to change without notice. All prices are net, F.O.B. Richmond Hill, Ontario.
Shipping/handling charges and applicable federal and/or provincial taxes will be added. |

| Orders are normally shipped within four days of receipt or sooner. Out of stock items will require up to three weeks. Shipping and handling charges are 5% of order total. Minimum shipping charge is $5.00. Additional charges apply outside of Canada. If you wish your order traced, please call our Customer Service Department at 1 800 263 3558. |

| Review any product with no obligation. To keep it, just return the accompanying invoice with your payment. If you are not completely satisfied with the materials, simply return them in saleable condition, securely packaged, within 30 days from the invoice date. You pay nothing except return shipping costs. Offer does not apply to select software programs. |

| To receive a free Psycan catalogue, click on the Catalogue link located on the top right side of this page (or the link above). Fill out the form entirely. Once the form is completed, send it to us by clicking Submit. We will process your request, and send you our most current catalogue. |
